No. that's copyright infringement and you can be sued for it. It doesn't matter if you alter it or not, if its Transformers, its not yours and you can and probably will pay the consequences.
no. im pretty sure they are copyrighted. same thing happened to the artist who took the picture of Obama and recolored it to make it his own. still got fined. be careful.
