What's the difference between a Wasp and a Bumble Bee?

I've never really fully understood this and would be very grateful for your help on this matter.

Thank you!!What's the difference between a Wasp and a Bumble Bee?
Wasp are wasps and have stings which can be pulled out again. Male and queen wasps are larger than the workers but look very similar. Their bodies are smooth

Bumble bees are male bees which are much fatter than the workers and much smaller than the queen. Their bodies are hairy. They have stings which are serrated and stick in the wound and cannot be withdrawn. The poison sac remains attacked to the sting and continues to inject poison after it has been torn out of the bee's body.

For more details look in Google.

RoySWhat's the difference between a Wasp and a Bumble Bee?
a bubble bee can only sting u once and then it will die but wasps can sting more than once without dying xx
Bumble Bees are very good at mathematics whereas wasps just fly about all day flashing their credit cards.
simply they are both insects but not closely related

wasps are more closely related to ants
This is a very good article about bees, wasps, etc. There is a big difference, other than the shape and size of the bee.

Wasps have smooth stingers, so they can sting over and over again. Bees have little barbs so when they sting, the stinger is caught in the skn of the victim, wasps are also larger and look smoother than the bumblebee. Also, wasps are more aggresive then bumblebees. Hope this helped.

And bumblebees collect pollen while wasps collect wood pieces to build their hives.
Bees collect pollen.
bees are bigger and if they sting you they die

wasps can sting you as many times as it want and dont die.

bees collect pollen and wasps dont
bees collect pollen for honey
Wasps are nasty beggars who will sting you as soon as look at you, and they eat other insects as well and apart from the odd unwitting act of pollination, they are of no real use to the human race.

Bumble bees are much bigger and furrier and do a lot of pollination for us whilst they are collecting food for themselves, and honey bees are much less furry and obviously produce quantities of honey suitable for human consumption. Bees won't normally sting you unless you annoy them first ! ! !
nothing they both sting you
bumble bees and wasps are very similar, the only reason you see them is because they are doing some sort of work for their hive, but they are completely different creatures. their hives are different and locations are. another big difference is that bumble bees are going more for flowers it seems rather than humans, but wasps tend to sting a lot harder and more. that's all i can give you. hope it answers your question enough.
bees he got jobs and wasps are just bums
