How to get a rid of bumble bees?

I have alot of bumble bees living in th wood around my hose i mean 100's what do i do to kill them off.How to get a rid of bumble bees?
Set that wood on fire.

Burn bees Burn! hahahaha

Or spray some wasp or bee killer. How to get a rid of bumble bees?
They say you can spray WD 40 on them and they die.Are they the ones that eat your wood and live inside there? My Mom had those and she had a hard time keeping them from coming back every year.Good luck.
I don't think they're bumble bees. They sound like carpenter bees. You'll have to spray a poison to get ride of them, but they've probably destroyed the wood and it'll have to be replaced.
well, the best way of getting rid of bumble bees is to follow these steps below:

Clean up yard of unwanted mulch or other such organic debris.

When working in flower beds, gardens, etc. or when cleaning up other such areas around the home, be cautious when dealing with any flat board, stone, bricks, etc. as these are the most likely sites for a nest.

Remove flat items that could provide a nesting site for bees: boards, plywood, other loose building materials, tarps or other junk. (This will not only reduce the chances of bumble bees nesting too close to house, children or pets but will also make your garden look nicer.)

Flat rocks, stones or bricks should be removed unless they are part of a pathway or other decoration. Examine the ground beneath stones or brick for possible mouse holes which need to be filled in. Check these items to make sure that they are packed down to make good contact with the ground.

If you find a nest, it is best to leave it alone and let the drones and workers die off during the winter. Use this option only when you are positive that children, pets or workers in the area are not at risk of being stung by the bees.

Foraging bees are extremely beneficial and want nothing to do with people or pets; encounters with bees in and around their nest can be harmful to people and pets.

p.s. - if you want to use spray stuff to kill it, dont use the chemical spray kind. use the non-chemical kind to kill it.
If they are living in the wood, they are probably not Bumble bees but ';3/8 inch Wood Borers';. Look at the wood and see if there is a hole drilled in it about 3/8 inch in diameter. If so, then they are not Bumblebees. Bumblebees usually live under ground. If it is Bumblebees, put an open plastic milk jug half full of water close to their nest. They will fly into the jug and drown themselves.
i had one once that took over my porch and would come and hang in the air 18 inches in front of my nose if I went out there. I tried to spray him but he'd zip to the side before the spray could get him. I ended up having to SHOOT this bee - it was as big as a walnut - to be rid of it. No help from me, sorry to say.
try this: take two or three raw eggs, break them into an old plastic coolwhip container (or something of the sort) and take it out and lay it on the ground or wherever the bees are.

i had a problem with bees a few years ago outside the door of my house.. and i tried this. the morning after, i went outside and there were over a dozen bees laying dead in the egg yolk.
If they are the big ugly black ones they actually burrow in the ground...note the location of the nest, and at night when they chill out, dump used motor oil (great way to recycle it) into the nest. They will either die or move on.

If they are the yellow and black honey making kind, they live in trees...contact a bee or honey farm...they will get the bees and be most grateful. There is a shortage of honey bees and they will get them good jobs...away from your house.

If these are not good choices for you, contact animal control...stop laughing. They really will get rid of them since they can be a public hazard. We had an abondoned house up in Macon that no one bothered for years, it had a wasp nest that was no joke...5 feet wide and 4 feet long...talk hundreds of thousands of wasps. Animal control took care of it. Bees can be serious...they can actually kill if you are or develop an allergy to them.

Good luck!
